I am a player at Immerion Casino (licensed in Curaçao). I tried to withdraw initially about 9 ETH, but now my balance is 17.8 ETH and I still cannot withdraw my funds. My account was unexpectedly closed, and the casino has stopped responding to my withdrawal requests. Support communication is minimal, and I have been waiting over 14 business days without any solution.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them and their affiliates, there has been no clear explanation or resolution. I have documented all interactions and balances with screenshots. I am concerned about the casino’s compliance with fair gaming and licensing regulations.

I do not have any answers. If the casino won't tell you anything, we must start from scratch, which will happen through the complaint. Good riddance submitting it!

Hello Radka,

Thank you for your message. I believe the delay might be caused by a manual check from the game provider due to the size of the win and the fact that I am a new player. This is what Immerion’s affiliate representative hinted in a message to me. However, the casino has not provided any official explanation.

I am fully cooperating and have already sent all relevant screenshots and information to Petronela via email. Let me know if anything else is needed on my end.

Well, it could be, and in that case not much is requested from you from the casino's side. However, based on complaints from other players, the process is quite lengthy, and the casino does not provide many updates.

It’s been almost a week since I submitted my reply and documentation as requested, but my comment still hasn't been approved. Only one day remains from the 7-day response window.

I'm still patiently waiting and fully cooperating with all parties involved. I hope the review process continues smoothly and that we can reach a resolution soon.

Unfortunately, there's still no progress from Immerion Casino — same generic responses about a "Provider’s check" and no indication of when it might be resolved.
