I am a player at Immerion Casino (licensed in Curaçao). I tried to withdraw initially about 9 ETH, but now my balance is 17.8 ETH and I still cannot withdraw my funds. My account was unexpectedly closed, and the casino has stopped responding to my withdrawal requests. Support communication is minimal, and I have been waiting over 14 business days without any solution.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them and their affiliates, there has been no clear explanation or resolution. I have documented all interactions and balances with screenshots. I am concerned about the casino’s compliance with fair gaming and licensing regulations.
I kindly ask the community and moderators to look into this matter, as well as the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
