Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately your position only confirms serious violations.
You officially admit that you allow players to play and make deposits without any verification, and only in case of winning do you start demanding documents. This is contrary to international KYC/AML standards, as well as the principles of responsible gaming.
Moreover, my account was blocked without explanation, bonuses and cashback for lost amounts were not paid, despite the promises on the site.
I strongly advise against anyone getting involved with this platform. It violates its own rules and deceives users.
Further complaints will be directed to regulators and the issuing bank.
