I haven't received any response. And I still can't open a complaint. I tried opening a new complaint, but it was rejected.

Michal said I can't open a complaint here. That I shouldn't write to him anymore. The casino still hasn't responded. They tell me in chat to email them, but they don't respond. This is a terrible casino. I'm sorry I trusted your rating. It doesn't match. They haven't even refunded my deposit. It's simply unthinkable.

I am sorry that it turned out this way, but I believe that Michal's decision is justified.
