Worst Casino, every one stay away. There win ratio is so bad, put this into perspective, i put 12k and didn't get a pay out of more then 2k. The casino games payout ratio is so low your better off playing the lotto.

Hi Jaro, I usually play random games but some games can be better then others so i played alot of Energy Joker Caishens Gifts and Elephants Gold, . The RTP for some games are higher then others but the payouts are less. From my experience, the games on WinSpirit have a lower volatility as it eats your money slowly when betting under $1.00. If you bet $5.00 which is what i usually do, then it is a high volatility but unfortunately for me, due to the very low RTP ratio this casino has set, I am losing alot more then winning and when I do win which i have done in 2 occasions, the first, i put all of it back in and another 10k. Then the 2nd time i won, i didn't get paid out.

I am referring more to the volatility of slots. Low volatility means that you will get wins more often but not often big ones. On the other hand, with higher volatility you can win fewer times, but the wins are higher when you get a hit. 

However, what do you say about the second withdrawal you didn't get, what was the reason? Did you lose the money in the end or did the casino tell you why it didn't pay out?

I deposited 30 eur with bonus 30 eur. The winnings I had with the deposit they put directly into the bonus from the first win to the last. Naturally exhausting my deposit.

Wasn't the bonus there to give the player an extra chance in case he didn't win with the deposit?

Yes, they answered me that I shouldn't think about money but that you play for fun.

So I contacted them again and the operator replied again: if you want you can cancel the bonus and play only with your deposit by making another deposit.
