It is to my disappointment that I have had to report WINO to the CGA in regards to my experience. I have also left reviews all over social media in regards to how they have treated me as a genuine customer.
WINO have taken my winning and offered me a refund that will take up to 14 days! Yet they have given no explanation as to why they have closed my account due to me apparently breaching T&C’s.
Is not right and people need to know how these e-gaming operate as a criminal online casino that just takes customers winnings without explanation.
They tell there customer support to lie to customers and pre long all activities to suit your agenda of scamming customers.
I have already had 1 online casino shut down and I have all the relevant contacts to start an investigation again.
As I have pages of evidence backing all my claims I am not afraid to take this further no matter how long it takes, as I feel people need to know how they operate, especially when they are committing fraud through false app that advertises "Fishing" and advertise through social media.
