I wonder if I can help you in any way. I'm sure you know about the complaint feature, but I feel your attitude expresses experiences gained from losses - Am I correct? I'm merely asking, one never knows.

So it must be quite annoying when you say they can't be blocked. 

As for the casinos mentioned above, it's probably clear from the safety index that they are not safe and desirable and I personally would avoid them. 

Anyway, If you keep getting messages from them, isn't it possible to somehow block them with an operator or something ? 🤔 I'm just wondering out loud if there is such a possibility.

I recently registered with winner casino and then superb.bet.. Both similar . I deposited around £2500 in winner on different occasion with the hope i will do my recovery which i did and ended on £5500 .. made a withdrawl of £1200 .. Today is more than a month and withdrawl still in pending.. Online agents are stupid and just apologise for delay and saying it will be processed soon. It was too late to read their reviews. i contact ibas and they advised a few things, like involve MP , curacao gambling commision, report fraud, cybercrime etc . I have £8500 stuck in both accounts.. Hi, first of all I would like to express my sympathy with your situation, because it is certainly not pleasant. I have looked at the casino itself and its safety index speaks for itself even with its warnings. From your reply, I assume you didn't see it until it was too late. 

I would also like to recommend you to file a complaint with us but on our website it says "No Response Policy for complaints" which will probably turn out the same way. 

However, I also see that your case is only about sports betting and we do not deal with it because we do not have experts in this area and our view would not be objective. So I would try to help you at least by posting links where you could file a complaint, although I don't know if it will end the same way. Thanks for your reply and suggestions. My case is not about sports bets, it is about the funds they are holding. Nothing is wrong in bets its the processing of withdrawl. I will go through these links and if you can take it further.. I can pass you all the details.. Thanks

You're welcome, and I understand that you're talking about the fact that your withdrawals are delayed. 

However, I came across this sentence that you wrote: "I did played on sports only", so I got the impression that it was about sports betting, and that's why I recommended you these links. If you played casino games - slots, table games, etc., you can file a complaint with us. 

Anyway, be sure to let us know if you find out anything new. I'll be waiting and keeping my fingers crossed for you. 

I won't deposit another cent here either. At that time I was only paid out after 9 weeks.

I guess it is just a waste of time to ask for a decent explanation from the casino's side, right?
