Five days to go, right? I wish you great luck with this casino. And I also feel it would be best to say you should only play in properly licensed ones, this one is a particularly bad choice:

🙁 stick with the UKGC license, this isn't worth the risk, I'd say,...
Hello 🙂
rip-off?
I wonder if I can help you in any way. I'm sure you know about the complaint feature, but I feel your attitude expresses experiences gained from losses - Am I correct? I'm merely asking, one never knows.
I get emails and texts (not blockable) from these clowns everyday they are all part of Global games tech. Pirated games don't pay and if you do you have to wait months. Maximal Wins Rouge Casino Chilli777 Mr Sloty Winner Casino Golden lion Big Wins look at your ratings and complaints

So it must be quite annoying when you say they can't be blocked.
As for the casinos mentioned above, it's probably clear from the safety index that they are not safe and desirable and I personally would avoid them.
Anyway, If you keep getting messages from them, isn't it possible to somehow block them with an operator or something ? 🤔 I'm just wondering out loud if there is such a possibility.
I recently registered with winner casino and then superb.bet.. Both similar . I deposited around £2500 in winner on different occasion with the hope i will do my recovery which i did and ended on £5500 .. made a withdrawl of £1200 .. Today is more than a month and withdrawl still in pending.. Online agents are stupid and just apologise for delay and saying it will be processed soon. It was too late to read their reviews. i contact ibas and they advised a few things, like involve MP , curacao gambling commision, report fraud, cybercrime etc . I have £8500 stuck in both accounts.. I did played on sports only.Does anyone withdrawl successfull. .. Can anybody help me out . i can be contacted by email aasalam79@yahoo.com
Hi, first of all I would like to express my sympathy with your situation, because it is certainly not pleasant. I have looked at the casino itself and its safety index speaks for itself even with its warnings. From your reply, I assume you didn't see it until it was too late.
I would also like to recommend you to file a complaint with us but on our website it says "No Response Policy for complaints" which will probably turn out the same way.
However, I also see that your case is only about sports betting and we do not deal with it because we do not have experts in this area and our view would not be objective. So I would try to help you at least by posting links where you could file a complaint, although I don't know if it will end the same way. Here they are: https://www.bookmakers.bet/submit-a-complaint/
https://www.top100bookmakers.com/contact-us/
https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/
Anyway, I would like to believe that everything will be resolved but I am not sure. If you try any of the options, please let us know.
Hi Jaro
Thanks for your reply and suggestions. My case is not about sports bets, it is about the funds they are holding. Nothing is wrong in bets its the processing of withdrawl. I will go through these links and if you can take it further.. I can pass you all the details.. Thanks
You're welcome, and I understand that you're talking about the fact that your withdrawals are delayed.
However, I came across this sentence that you wrote: "I did played on sports only", so I got the impression that it was about sports betting, and that's why I recommended you these links. If you played casino games - slots, table games, etc., you can file a complaint with us.
Anyway, be sure to let us know if you find out anything new. I'll be waiting and keeping my fingers crossed for you.
I guess it is just a waste of time to ask for a decent explanation from the casino's side, right?
9 weeks is far too long. 🙁
it says this casino is closed??? But I am playing here??? I have won a small amount, but unable to complete verification process as I don't have a smart phone to scan the app. I have an old fashioned text / call mobile only. I don't really see a way around this. Any suggestions on how to complete the kyc verification without being able to scan the image. I have used my laptop and the link takes me to the site - but not to my verification page. Thanks Kirsty
Hey. Our data team is already looking into this and will prepare the full review as soon as possible. it looks like the casino has opened again or it is a new mirror of it. We will learn everything soon.
Could you be more specific, please, and tell us exactly what the casino asked to complete the verification? Please provide some more details so we can be able to help you out.
to verify at this casino you need to scan QR code to go to KYC process. Usually its a web address and I upload information, however can't do this as I don't have a smart phone to scan QR code. I have old (and very reliable) nokia phone which suits my needs. I have uploaded QR code to site which reads them but it takes me to the KYC provider and not to where I need to be. I have ben playing this site for over a year - on and off and this is my first win, so went to verify to complete withdrawal, to find I am unable to. Thanks Kirsty
So did you inform the casino about this situation and that you do not own a smartphone? They should give you some other option to get verified, I believe.
yes, told them, and no, apparently there is no other option. I thought there should be. I have completed KYC for other sites without smart phone, just using laptop - but to get the link to my verification page is the hard part.
In this case, I would suggest you make a complaint with our team. It is free of charge, and we could try to get in touch with the casino to resolve this issue. If you are interested, please follow this link to do so. Let us know how it goes.
