Title: Verified my KYC, then confiscated my balance as "fraud" — with zero evidence
Be careful with Winna's sportsbook. Here's exactly what happened to me:
1. Winna permanently restricted my sportsbook and said the reason "may include" a whole menu — value betting, late betting, arbitrage betting, or betting on fixed events. They never said which one applied to
me and openly stated they were "unable to provide further details."
2. They then asked me to complete KYC. I submitted everything and my KYC was approved.
3. Right after that, they voided my balance as "fraudulent sportsbook activity" and told me I could only withdraw up to my deposits — leaving $0.00 available.
What bothers me, and what every player should know:
- They threw around serious words like "fraud" and even "fixed events" (which is a criminal accusation) but provided no evidence whatsoever and refused to specify anything.
- They lump lawful betting (value/arbitrage) together with match-fixing and brand the whole thing "fraudulent." Those are not the same thing.
- They had just verified my identity — so this isn't about a fake account or multi-accounting. They confirmed I'm a real, verified customer, then confiscated my winnings anyway.
- Their model effectively lets them take any winnings they don't like and hide behind "we can't share details."
If you play their sportsbook and actually win, be ready for vague, unprovable "suspicious activity" accusations and a confiscated balance. Verified account ≠ safe winnings here. I've filed a formal complaint
and an escalation — posting this so other players go in with their eyes open.
