One of them was Jenren, who made several deposits and never made a single withdrawal, yet you still blocked his account. His messages are right above for everyone to see. What you did to him was unfair and unjust, and it clearly shows the lack of fairness in how you treat players.

Hello. I have already checked and found no evidence to support that suspicion. Let the user’s own words allow others to form their own opinions. As I have seen lately in many other casino threads, a portion of frustrated players consider public forums their own show, but the more they comment, the less credibility it brings to their claims. It has always been like this, I'm afraid.

I am also supporting that other user because he registered on Winna based on my recommendation, trusted your site, deposited money, and then you also blocked his account and refused to pay him. Thank you for finally providing at least one piece of information to the casino representative, my last and still actual recommendation: if you believe the casino wrongfully blocked your account while funds were still there, the right way forward is to file a proper complaint with all available proof.

As I explained to you already: Saying that Casino Guru is defending Winna or deleting posts to cover up fraud doesn’t hold water without real examples. But I guess you already know by now.

Bennett, could you please provide GG Gaming LLC/GG Gaming S.R.L registration number or registration certificate? On the website it says Winna is operated by GG Gaming LLC, with it's registered address in Costa Rica, but there is no reg number for the company. I'm considering switching over to you guys but wanna confirm business details are smooth.

Let me be very clear here. From the way you present your arguments, the casino should also have the right to see the nature of your accusations and respond on neutral ground. That is exactly why we have the complaint system.

So, this is the final request:

1) If your issue is directly related to casino games, please submit an official complaint and provide the evidence that supports what you are saying. That will also give the casino a fair chance to explain its side.

2) If your problem is actually connected to sports betting, then it would be fair to openly state that. In that case, you should take the matter to a platform that handles sports betting disputes, because we do not.

Otherwise, continuing this back-and-forth here without clarity does not help anyone.
