While playing Bigger Cash Win I started to notice that when I got the bonus wheel spin, my balance changed before the wheel stopped spinning, sometimes even before the wheel started spinning. This tells me the wins are pre programmed and not by chance. Is this legal or at the least ethical? Just wondering. I brought this to their attention and the chat was terminated......weird.
