I think that you should wait until this account review is done. Until then the casino will not most probably proceed with any withdrawal. I can imagine that this must be very unpleasant, though.

I did verification twice, last one last week and support was happy with it, and they did the withdrawal request for me direct on my visa, for both withdrawal and unfreezing the acc should get the email but im waiting for emails from them last 4 weeks. Only email i got is that im still in a queue for their team to check it.

I can backup with plenty of screenshots of chat with support. My understaning was that gigant like william hill will perform better , but 4 weeks seems to long. Not happy with comunication, as they promised at least half dosen times that i will be informed via email, but nothing happened.
I understand that you may feel mistreated, I would probably feel the same way.
