So I won 1200 euro in wildrobin casino. It’s been 3 weeks and these scammers have not even paid me 1 euro. They asked me to verify my account (of course never asked me to verify when I did hundreds of deposits but immediately asked me to verify my account on my first withdraw). I’ve sent everything they need but the verification is pending for more than a week. Their support is keep saying the same bullshit excuses and they don’t reply on the emails. I can provide screenshots if anyone needs. This casino is definitely a scam. Beware

If you had already withdrawn from there, it shouldn't take this long for sure.

They say it’s because of a high number of payment requests. Luckily, I received my first €500 yesterday — now I just hope the rest will come soon. But I honestly find it ridiculous that it’s taking almost two weeks, especially since I still have a large amount sitting in my casino account.

It's quite a lot I would say but we'll see if the selection will speed up now or if it will take the same again. 

Anyway, the important thing is that you have already received some money and I believe that more money will come without any problems.

Hi, unfortunately there can be a lot of reasons and I understand that such a delay will make someone uneasy. On the other hand, I would not like to speculate at any cost. I would rather ask what the casino support has to say about this situation? I think we will not find anyone better closer to the source of information.

I don't know if this will help but a few players have mentioned slow support and slow withdrawals. For me it's been 12 days on an account that has been making a lot of withdrawals recently, so I'd be very interested to hear what support has to say about this.

Unfortunately, it is quite clear that what other players wrote, at least about the speed of withdrawals, is quite true. I think the complaint is definitely in order and the casino really can't stand any reactions like that.

I understand that this is a two-pronged situation, but the way I see it, now it will be a matter of investigation and negotiation.
