If you want to discuss anything related to WikiLuck Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I'm currently experiencing exactly the same thing. I deposited €50 and received a 200% bonus. So far, so good. After I met the wagering requirements, my balance was reduced from €2,600 to €1,000 (real money conversion). It says so in the terms and conditions. So far, so good. Of the €1,000, I requested a withdrawal of €900. That was four days ago, and nothing has happened. In the customer service chat, I always get the same copy-pasted platitudes and that someone will take care of it soon. Conclusion: Please stay away from this casino. There are countless better online casinos that actually pay out quickly.
Hey there.
Thank you for sharing. I moved this information to a more visible thread, and I would like to know whether you can keep us updated. It would be beneficial to learn how quickly this casino handles withdrawals.
As I can see, its rating is not very good; hence, knowing how they actually work will surely come in handy for the rest of the players.
I see, and thank you.
Do you think this casino handles withdrawals on weekends?
This means that a new week brings new hope. I will remain positive if you don't mind. 🤞🤞 I would say it is too soon to give up. But, whatever suits you, of course.
You see!!
Sometimes giving up is not an suitable option. 😊☘️🎉
I'm glad you got your money and everything is alright.
You think that this was too long for waiting for the money?
Will you stay here or not? 🤔
Good day to you, too. Something on your mind perhaps? 🙂
In my opinion you should pay more attention to the free complaint of yours since you asked us for help: https://casino.guru/wikiluck-casino-player-s-account-request-to-be-blocked 👈
At this point, it is your turn to take action. If I may, kindly try to avoid ignoring the complaint like you did two times in the past. 🙏
Thank you.
Wikiluck is a total scam. I've played for a lot of money and haven't won anything. Well, maybe I'm just really unlucky. The worst part is that I want to self-exclude, and I must have written about 25 messages (which is what they ask you to do), and they haven't even acknowledged it. They're manipulative, and all they want is for you to keep playing. Sometimes I'd rather self-exclude than be tempted to keep spending money... with Wikiluck, it's impossible.
Hi, I'm sorry you didn't win, but unfortunately that's just part of the casino experience.
As for self-exclusion, the casino shouldn't make you wait or ask you for a lot of information. They should respond promptly.
Are you still having trouble with this and need some help?
Everything remains the same. I would like this to be noted, and I would appreciate any help you can offer.

We can try to help with self-exclusion. However, it’s important to know when you contacted them, whether the casino asked you for anything in order to close your account, and whether you contacted them via email and live chat or just through one channel. How long has this been going on?
Thank you. I've sent about 20 emails. All communication is via email. They always ask me why I want to self-exclude. At first, I was polite and said I didn't want to spend any more money, then that I didn't like the site, that I hadn't had any luck, and lately I've even called them scammers. It doesn't matter, they ignore me. This has been going on for about a month now. It's very unfortunate that there are casinos that behave this badly. Self-exclusion should be immediate, as it is in most of them. I hope I've answered your questions. If not, please let me know. Thank you.
If it's been a month already, be sure to submit a complaint so we can help you. I understand they asked you for a reason, but since you told them you didn't want to spend money, I think they should have responded faster. You still haven't closed it yet, so I don't think that's right.
Try contacting them via live chat and see what they say.
I've already done that, and the chat people tell me to do it by email. I'm writing here because I feel helpless, and I hope you can help me. Wikiluck isn't a good website. You should take note.
