Hello Casino Guru Team and Community,
I am writing this not just as a personal grievance, but to raise a serious question about the criteria used to rate and recommend casinos here on Casino Guru. Specifically, I want to discuss Shuffle.com and their deeply concerning double standards regarding Responsible Gaming (RG) and Duty of Care.
Recently, I experienced a situation where Shuffle restricted my account immediately after I mentioned financial stress. While I fully respect the necessity of RG protocols to protect players, what I discovered next about Shuffle’s internal practices is shocking and completely contradicts the "Fairness" Casino Guru stands for.
Shuffle.com actively maintains partnerships with high-profile affiliates (like the streamer "TheGoobr") who use dedicated promo codes to drive traffic to the casino.

shuffle continues to RUIN MY LIFE

However, Shuffle completely ignores its Duty of Care and Curacao's LOK compliance laws for these partners:
Predatory Marketing: This affiliate streams his Shuffle gameplay under titles like "debt repayment"—a direct violation of responsible advertising standards that prohibit portraying gambling as a solution to financial problems.
Public Addiction & Debt: The affiliate has publicly admitted on platforms like X and Reddit to owing millions of dollars and being a severe gambling addict.

Internal Complicity (The Most Shocking Part): There is documented proof (screenshots of a live stream) showing Shuffle’s own support staff providing this affiliate with his net loss statistics, which ranged from -$5,000,000 to -$7,000,000 over just 5 months.

Despite the support team having actual internal knowledge of a $7M loss by a user publicly begging for loans, Shuffle applied ZERO Responsible Gaming interventions to his account. Yet, they weaponize RG policies to instantly ban ordinary players.
My question to Casino Guru: How can a casino maintain a high "Safety Index" or be recommended to players when it clearly applies player protection protocols in a discriminatory manner? Why is a platform allowed to profit from affiliates who market gambling as "debt repayment" while the casino turns a blind eye to their catastrophic, multi-million dollar losses?

I have archived all screenshots, chat logs, and links proving this. I believe the community and the Casino Guru rating team should take a closer look at how Shuffle selectively enforces its Duty of Care.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
