Anyway, do you struggle to withdraw winnings now?

I won 900 euros on whamoo and deposited almost 500 euros, they asked me to verify my account and I sent them the necessary documents, they verify it but then they ask me again...the withdrawal is still pending and there is no way they can fix this... I've been like this for 7 days now...this is incredible

May I ask what you mean by "then they ask me again," please? Do they need some kind of additional information or documents, perhaps?
