I understand that this is concerning and I must admit it's getting far too long. Honestly, considering the casino's poor safety index and unresolved complaint, I'm concerned too. However, we can only wait, I think. 😔 Operators really don't need to "steal" such an amount in order to profit; they usualy use unfair terms to justify balance voidance or weird bonus or deposit conditions, but I understand that ignoring the player and leaving him to eventually give it all up feels almost the same.

Hi Gam3r_C,

Have you taken a look at my case? Don't get your hopes up too high. They’ve owed me €1,140 for almost five weeks now. My account was fully verified right from the start, and I documented everything perfectly. They just don't care. They’ve written off Wettzo and are moving on with Spinita Casino, etc., etc.

One more question!

My case has been closed for days now. Yet Wettzo Casino—which is clearly a fraudulent casino has only had its score adjusted from 2.3 to 2.2. Is that really all there is to it? 🙁 And will Spinita’s score also be lowered? After all, Spinita and Wettzo are run by the exact same operator! I provided you with excellent documentation, didn’t I!? Was that really it? :(

I understand why seeing the score drop from 2.3 to 2.2 feels like such a small change after your complaint went unresolved. It can look as though your experience barely counted, but that’s not what it means.

You know, the Safety Index is calculated using several factors, including the amount involved in unresolved complaints. In this case, the disputed amount was relatively low, which meant a smaller drop in the score. That doesn’t make what happened to you any less important.

An unresolved complaint doesn’t automatically bring a casino’s score down to zero. If it did, we’d lose the ability to distinguish between poorly rated casinos with different track records. The point is that 2.3 was already a very poor score, and 2.2 still clearly reflects that the casino has been assessed as unfair. Your complaint contributed to that assessment, of course.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, okay, I understand. Well, that won’t stop Borse Limited from continuing to scam people. Still, thanks for the effort. The money is likely gone. I’ve reached out to the licensor, as well as PatePlay—the provider behind the jackpot—but neither has responded. It’s been about 14 days now. My only remaining options are to report this incident to Visa and inform the GGL that Borse Limited is offering gambling services in Germany.

Thanks for the help

I’d like to thank you for pursuing the matter further. We can warn players about unresolved complaints through the Safety Index, but that has its limits. So I understand why you’re looking for other options.

I’m not entirely sure whether the German gambling regulator can help with unpaid winnings from an offshore casino through the payment chain, but if you find a way forward, please let us and the other players here know.

Hello,

I have done some research. I can initiate a chargeback through Visa. This might also pose a bit of a problem for Borse Limited. Yes, I do want revenge—it is obvious that I have been defrauded. I believe I have provided you with sufficient evidence of this. If you have any other ideas, I would be glad to hear them. I also have another question regarding my case: does it have any impact on my standing with partner casinos, such as Spinita? In my online research, I came across information suggesting that this might be possible through you.

Thank you.

We don’t usually recommend chargebacks to players. However, your situation seems different, as you’ve already lodged a complaint and the casino hasn’t resolved your withdrawal issue. So I understand why you’re considering recovering your deposits as a last resort.

I’m not quite sure what you mean by the rest of your message, though. Could you explain a little more so I can better understand your question?

It’s not about the €40 I deposited. It’s about making it as difficult as possible for these criminals to keep their shady operation running. That might sound aggressive, but I have a real problem with fraud. I intend to use every legal avenue available!

One should not provide a platform for scammers. This is not a criticism of you, though.

Hello, I think we’re talking about a similar situation, but on different levels and from different perspectives. Frankly, I can’t do much about general allegations of fraud involving a particular operator unless there’s a concrete player experience we can assess through a complaint. Perhaps that’s why we’ve been talking past each other over the last few posts.

I understand your concerns about fraud, but I’m afraid that’s about all I can add from my side. I also understand that this matters to you and that you’d like to make the gambling industry safer and fairer for everyone.

Wettzo Casino!

After leaving a positive review and mentioning the casino on this platform, you receive 30 free spins with no deposit required. However, the effort required to get there is enormous.

Result of free spins at a 20 cent stake = 4 cents.

Save yourself the trouble of using this site and play on a reputable platform instead; it's a complete scam and the customer service team is AI-driven. Consequently, you'll never find a solution.

The biggest piece of garbage casino I've ever come across. Not recommended.

Yes, I also warn against this casino and its operator, Borse Limited. You can see that in my case with the €1140! Clear evidence!!

Thank you for this information. It is amusing, to say the least, how a player can write positive things about a casino because of some free spins, only to describe a completely opposite experience less than an hour later simply because they did not like those free spins.

In any case, it is certainly useful information for us if the casino is encouraging players to do this.

Wettzo clearly belongs on the blacklist. How many more players are they going to be allowed to defraud, given the clear evidence I have? Borse Limited needs to feel the consequences; otherwise, they won't be motivated to stop their fraudulent activities. And yes, I also found the last post by "Dkdkdkdldld" confusing ;)
