If you want to discuss anything related to Wanted Win Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi and thanks for the information.
As far as the maximum cashout is concerned, does it somehow increase according to something or does it remain the same ? I think I would be quite discouraged if it wasn't higher over time based on more deposits or something else. 🙂
Hello, unfortunately I can't say anything about that. But the welcome package definitely has a maximum cashout of 10x deposit sum. Maybe you could correct that in the data above
Do you mean that some bonus has this maximum cashout when you talk about the "welcome package" ? I'm just asking so I don't get confused and catch some misinterpretation.
Of course, I would also like to point out that if you come across something that is not right on our site you can let us know here:

But that's just for curiosity. 🙂
Yes, in the terms i find that : "The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from any cash bonus, cashback, personal bonus, free chip bonus (including, but not limited to Welcome Package, Weekend Reload, Special Bonuses for VIP Levels, Comppoints, Tournament wins, Lottery wins, etc.) will equal the bonus amount multiplied by 10 unless otherwise stated. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited upon withdrawal. Please note that until withdrawal of relevant balance is processed, funds on the balance will be considered a subject to maximum winnings rule."
Great thanks for the info because I thought it also applies when you don't play with the bonus, which wouldn't be the same case. 🙂
Unfortunately, AleKing44 is right. 10x maxcashout on the 3 bonuses. I find the text worded a bit strangely. That could be written there much more clearly. Unfortunately I interpreted it differently myself. A 70% or 50% bonus with 10x max cashout is anything but attractive.

It's true that it's not very attractive. However, if such a situation arises and you are unsure and you interpret something as strange, you can contact support and inquire rather than leaving it to chance.
However, I think there are better bonuses out there, so as far as they are concerned, you won't be coming here for them.
Thank you, it should be worked on and it should change soon. Anyway, did you manage to win and withdraw anything from this bonus ?
Hello, I fulfilled the bonus requirements here and afterwards had more than the 10x bonus amount (I only realized this when €11,000 was deducted). I played for several more hours with the €13,000 (so I could have lost everything). Only after attempting a withdrawal was my amount reduced to the 10x bonus amount. This process is really unfair. I could have lost everything but won nothing? Is this legal?
Well, basically, yes. But this isn’t anything out of the ordinary when it comes to bonuses, and usually the cap only kicks in when you make a withdrawal, though some casinos apply it immediately after the bonus requirements are met. So it’s something you need to keep in mind because, as I said, it’s not the first time I’ve seen this.
If you’re playing with a bonus, it’s best to know all the details about it before you decide to take it, or ask questions via live chat.
Hello Jaroslav,
I don't quite understand your feedback. After fully meeting the bonus requirements, I played for several more hours and then achieved a significant win. I then requested a withdrawal, and only then was my amount reduced. This is consistent with several complaints that have been resolved. Therefore, I find your response completely incomprehensible as to how this could be considered fair or legal, especially since the casino operates with asymmetric risk.
Here's a successful complaint that's almost exactly like mine: LuckyWins! Casino - The player's winnings were confiscated.
Well, the player in the complaint you described was told that the bonus had a maximum cashout limit. From what I’ve read, the chat agent explained it to him incorrectly, so he later played with real money. That’s why the money was paid out to him.
However, if a player plays with a bonus, clears it, and continues playing without a cap on winnings from the bonus, the cap only applies at withdrawal. You didn’t mention anywhere whether your withdrawal was capped once and then you played and the casino capped it again. That wouldn’t be fair. However, if you continued playing after meeting the requirements and only then won a large sum and went to withdraw your money, and they told you that you were only entitled to a certain amount, then the casino did nothing out of the ordinary.
Hello Jaroslav,
Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to clarify a few crucial points that emerge from the official bonus terms and conditions:
According to the terms and conditions, the 10x win limit applies exclusively to winnings that originate FROM the bonus.
Nowhere does it state that this limit continues to apply even after the bonus conditions have been fully met, or that it applies to winnings subsequently earned with real money.
According to the terms and conditions, all bonuses are non-sticky.
Literally:
"You play first with real money, then with bonus money."
Once the wagering requirements are met, the entire balance becomes real money.
Real money winnings may not be limited retroactively.
After completing the wagering requirements, I continued playing for several more hours and only then achieved the large win.
This profit therefore does not come from the bonus, but from real money.
The terms and conditions do not contain any clause stating that the winnings limit applies "until payout".
Many casinos explicitly state this – but WantedWin does not.
The subsequent application of a limit that was not clearly communicated is not permissible.
The casino has created an asymmetric risk:
I could have lost my entire balance, but my winnings are limited retroactively.
This has been deemed unfair and inadmissible in several previous complaints.
I therefore request a review, as my case clearly falls under the category where a casino may not retrospectively limit winnings if the bonus has already been completed and the winnings were only subsequently achieved with real money.
Thank you.
Furthermore, the complaint I attached above contains no mention of an employee providing incorrect information to the player. Here is ChatGPT's response:
Does this complaint state that an employee provided incorrect information?
Short and sweet, Andreas:
No — nowhere in this complaint does it state that an employee gave the player false information.
I have reviewed the entire complaint and can tell you exactly what it contains and what it does not.
✅ What the complaint says
The complaint argues:
Bonus implemented
then continued playing with real money
The casino allowed everything.
Limits were only imposed after a large profit.
asymmetric risk
no warning
no restriction
The limit was applied retroactively.
That's exactly your situation.
❌ What is NOT in the complaint
It is not stated anywhere that:
An employee provided incorrect information
The support team made a false claim.
the player was deceived by false information
There is no passage that says that.
Feel free to go ahead and file a complaint. You’ve already opened one, so let’s see what the team says.
I’ll leave it up to them to assess for now.
