I'd try opening the document the in any viewer (e.g. Adobe google document viewer or any other) then go to print (for windows usually works ctrl+P and so on) then select "print to PDF" and you're done.

Screenshots are not allowed, you have to provide the .pgf format directly. Meaning, you need an official statement written on paper so you can scan it to .pdf format, or alternatively, create one in your online banking.

In order to be more specific, I need to know what document you have to provide.

Anyway, you are not supposed to send photos converted to the .pdf format I think. You must provide the official statements. The casino should advise you further. Can you explain which document was not approved?
