I experienced a long KYC process for almost every online casino - users provide their documents completely and some days later the support asks for a new upload of the same data. I am just happy to see here that it was the same for other users but in the end everything was clarified with your help. I will be patient 🙂

The KYC is done. The withdrawal seems complicated… I have the feeling they tell me different procedures just to cancel them due to technical error. Now they are asking for 150€ per each request. For me that would be a long time requesting new withdrawals every day. I never experienced this. But Im still patient. Let’s see how the requests are going in the next days.

i recommend to split withdrawals

make more than one but one withdrawal not more than 500

i was texting so many messages on mail and on instagram and i think it helped my case

i had total of 12k polish zlotty

i made many withdrawal request each 500

they started approving 2 of them in a day

And did it take 14 days until the first was approved?

my first request was 12k straight

they declined it after long time

then i made smaller requests and it got aproved soon but as i said 2 in day

if they approved one withdrawal request they will do same with rest.they delay withdrawals so you play with your money and lose.

be patience.

and i dont think you have to wait another week for another approval.

i had like 20-23 request each 500 zlotty and when they started approving them they were processing 2 request every day.

So it looks like I‘m getting 150€ every day. For the higher amount which this is about in total, I will be stuck in creating new requests every day until valentines day 😅 I will be patient for 2 weeks because they say to process 1500-15000 in 14 working days. So let’s see how it goes. For the moment I‘m happy to see that it goes forward (even in baby steps).

Here we go with the update. I still get 150 per day or every second day. When it continues like this I will have to wait until March / April 2026. This is interesting because general terms tell 14 work days for 15.000. I will be still patient 🫠🥹

i mean its awful that you have to wait in till march to get your money

they should give you more than 150 euro in day

they were giving me 500-1000zloty every day and i think thats what more than 150 euro.

find this page on ig and write them often

tell them their casino is avoiding to give you your money and they delay it as much as they can

explain to them its awful from casino to give you just 150 each day when your winning is 15k

writing them may sound useless to you but it helped my case.
