I believe it is due to the change of the legislation in your country. You should check that out, for sure, so you are aware of everything and don't get into any issues.

20 days gone,requests still not approved.

only changes i see is v partners instagram page which looks very legit added vulkanspiele in their casinos list.

i guess they did not do that before because spiele is freshly created.

But even a fresh casino should not leave players waiting 20 days for money. Even if the main issue are local restrictions.

What I found truly interesting given the circumstances is that Vulkan Spiele was listed in the complaint with a below-average Safety Index. This is quite unusual for a fresh casino.

Below average means it is not recommended, especially for new players, because dealing with rules and overly getting the money may be challenging...

Maybe this is another example showing us that the same owner/group/label does not mean identical casino qualities.

i'll keep that in mind and if they do not approve withdrawal i'll be less disappointed 🙂

whats giving me biggest hope now is that v.partners seems legit and they said spiele is their official legit casino.

Well, from what I can see, it's ridiculous how long it can take. But definitely don't give up when you have a complaint because our team will soon contact the casino. 

Hopefully it will be resolved and you'll see your money.

they are scammers

i had 3 withdrawal requests,800 pln 1000pln and 10000 pln.today i received email saying my 10000 pln request is cancelled because of technical matter which they are not saying what is meaning of that 🙂 saying i should create new request and then counting 30 days start again from the moment i create new withdrawal request. later i received email again saying 1000 pln request also is cancelled. they cancelled them due to technical problem and saying i should create new request and wait 30 days again. its a scam
