This site is very bad, they refuse to payout the money, people in chat they send you the same copy-paste texts and don’t respond to your questions. I wait now that they pay out my money 7 days, no answers on e-mail or explenation on chat. Stay away from this site. They also refuse to close my account.
Hi, I understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your money. First, I’d like to explain that we give casinos 14 days to pay players. Still, waiting a week without any explanation is unpleasant.
As for closing your account, I’d wait until you’ve received your money. Closing it could delay or complicate the withdrawal process, and some casinos don’t allow account closure while there’s still a balance.
You already have a complaint with us, and I hope our team will be able to help you and that everything turns out well. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you. Please let us know when you have an update.

Yes it is. I had a balance over 9000€. On Terms and conditions says at level 3 Can withdrawal 1200€ on day and maximum 20000€ on month. The problem is that first you need to wait until your current withdrawal is accepted, after you can make a new withdrawal. So terms and conditions are just words. If I can pay out at least 1200€ on day how terms say now I will have 10000€ on my account. When you win big the make in some way that you don’t get the money.
I will not advice this site to nowbody. I write to them in half year to close my account because disturb me with sms and emails and they don’t react on that, no answer, nothing.
I understand. Some casinos only let you request another withdrawal once the previous one has been processed. Others allow, for example, up to three pending withdrawals at a time, and you have to wait for those to be completed before submitting another request.
That’s fairly common, although I understand why it isn’t ideal for you. As long as the payments keep coming through, I think that’s the most important thing.
Once you’ve received your money, it’s entirely up to you whether you want to keep playing there. You know best what suits you and what you expect from a casino.
As for the text messages and emails, you could try blocking the sender’s number or email address if you no longer want to receive them. That’s just one suggestion that might help.
