Hello good evening, I managed to win some money close to 2k in sweet bonanza and I would like to know what was the best way to withdraw the money... I have had withdrawals that took 15 days (close to 1800€) and I have others that take hours (close to 200€), I would like you to help me in this matter.

There are only a few complaints. Two of them were resolved, but that was back in 2024. One was unresolved because it also dealt with delayed withdrawals and bonus winnings. The rest were rejected by us.

So it's hard to say how the casino will behave when something was resolved and then they didn't respond to us.

But my case is completely different because I didn't use a bonus or anything. I always deposit and don't use bonuses. I just went to sweet bonanza and spun spins and got a few bonuses, that's all.
