The more you win, the worst the withdrawals get. If you withdraw on a Wednesday, or Thursday, you wont get your money until the Monday or Tuesday. And, you cannot have more than 3 pending withdrawals.

When I asked to close my account because I was disattisfied with their withdrawal practice, I was asked to wait for my VIP manager to return 24 hours later to see how he can make my experience better. Yes, it’s true that in this day and age, most casinos should offer both deposits and withdrawals instantly, but as I said, we both know that’s not the case in many of them. Personally, I’d stick with one where I don’t have any problems. Constantly trying out new ones and hoping everything will be fine there often seems pointless to me. I wouldn’t want to constantly deal with problems, whether with KYC, withdrawals, or something else.

I never claimed that my winnings were not paid. In fact, I clearly stated that they were. The issue is not whether I was eventually paid; the issue is how long players are expected to wait to receive their own money.
You repeatedly refer to your Terms and Conditions. Respectfully, something being disclosed in the Terms and Conditions does not automatically make it consumer-friendly. Low withdrawal limits, no weekend processing, and restrictions on the number of pending withdrawals may comply with your policies, but players are still entitled to criticize those policies.
You state that withdrawal times vary due to operational factors. Yet my final balance of $201 was processed within approximately 30 minutes, while larger withdrawals routinely took days. That experience reinforces my opinion that your withdrawal process is unnecessarily slow when compared to many competitors in the industry.
You also mention that your VIP team attempted to improve my experience. I agree they did contact me after I requested account closure. However, from a player's perspective, asking someone to delay closing their account while withdrawals remain slow does not address the underlying issue that caused the dissatisfaction in the first place.
