I read a complaint you have resolved for someone else and I am having the same issue with vegasino.com,
I requested a cashout on the 21/6/25 and have been receiving the same scripted and generic answers that there financial department is delayed , it is not a huge amount 500 euro but I am receiving zero information from them and feel like I am being scamed,

In the verification section it states that there is no need to verify so I am unable to if it was needed ,
Customer service keeps assuring me that everything is ok that it will be processed soon! but I feel 17 days even when there is big issues is a bit long
