I hate to say that but this is pretty normal. Some casinos work on platform that automatically restricts those games while the bonus is active and some casinos don't.

Sadly, this is quite common issue nowdays, so I feel it would be good to explain that there is a way we see as the the fariest one. Winnings and losses accumulated by playing a restricted games should not be reason for voiding the winnings, better approach would be to exclude such winnings/losses from the wagerig requirement instead.

Every time I try to receive the OTP code on my phone number it says 'please use a different number' even though my number is correct and active. I contacted live chat multiple times and they always say they will fix it but nothing happens. I also received an email saying they have technical problems. I cannot withdraw my money. Please help.

Hello, that’s quite an unpleasant problem. If they’re having technical issues, I’m sure they’ll resolve them soon. How long has this whole situation been going on? I’d definitely like to know if things will be back to normal in the next few days so I can withdraw my money, or what the plan is. 

I might try to wait a little longer and give them a chance, and if nothing changes in a few days, then I’d decide to register a complaint with us.

I’m just explaining what our processes are and how things sometimes work with casinos. The fact that one player gets paid within two days doesn’t necessarily mean the same will happen for another player. It doesn’t really matter whether you’re friends or not.
