Subject: V.Vegas — Pending withdrawal of €2,500 and conflicting verification results
Good afternoon,
I am requesting assistance from Casino Guru regarding my €2,500 withdrawal from V.Vegas (Vulkan Vegas). I am a resident of Portugal, and although I have submitted the requested documentation, I have yet to receive confirmation that the additional verification has been completed and that the payment will be approved.
1. Deposits and Winnings
I made deposits at the casino via MB WAY, which were authorized in the app and debited from my BPI account, of which I am the account holder. I also received a €150 bonus based on my deposit volume. I met the €6,000 wagering requirement to unlock it, resulting in €750 being transferred to my real balance. Subsequently, I played with that balance and reached €2,500, which I intend to withdraw.
2. Rejected Requests and Account Verification
On October 12, 2026, I submitted three withdrawal requests for 2,500 €: two via bank transfer and one via Skrill. All were rejected without a specific reason given; the transaction history simply stated that the transaction had been canceled and advised me to contact support.
Initially, my documents were marked as approved (green), but the account remained "Unverified." After several contacts with support, the account status changed to "Verified" that same day, and I received confirmation via email.
At 3:46 p.m. on October 12, I submitted a new withdrawal request for 2,500 €, via bank transfer to a BPI IBAN in my name. It was successfully registered, and the last status I was able to confirm was "New," with no approval or payment confirmed.
3. Contradictory Responses from Support
Even after the account appeared as verified, VIP support agents continued to say that documents were under review or that management needed additional verification, without clearly explaining what those were. I acknowledge that the most recent request may still be within the normal processing time, but the previous rejections and the lack of concrete information concern me.
4. Revolut virtual card ending in 2920
The casino requested photos of a card ending in 2920 and a photo of me holding the card and my ID. I identified it as a virtual Revolut Visa card in my name, which does not physically exist. The successful deposits were made via MB WAY and debited from my BPI account. It’s possible that I tried to use the Revolut card for deposits that were declined, but I couldn’t confirm this in the transaction history. I asked the casino to identify the transaction associated with that card.
I explained that it was impossible to take a photo of a physical card. A customer service representative informed me that, for virtual cards, I could submit a bank statement or screenshot showing the card and the cardholder.
5. Documentation Already Submitted
I sent photos of the front and back of my National ID Card, a photo of myself holding the document, a screenshot of the Revolut virtual card (with the CVV hidden), the official confirmation from Revolut identifying card 2920 as linked to my account, proof of MB WAY deposits, BPI documents for the €300 and €600 debits, proof of the BPI IBAN, and bank documents related to my address.
To avoid any confusion, on October 13, 2026, I obtained an updated confirmation from Revolut, with an address matching that on the BPI statement.
Although I have submitted everything that was requested and explained the virtual nature of the card, I am still awaiting a definitive response regarding the acceptance of the supporting documents and the payment.
6. My Request
I request Casino Guru’s mediation so that V.Vegas can clarify: (a) the exact status of the €2,500 withdrawal; (b) the reason for the three previous rejections; (c) whether the Revolut and BPI documentation is sufficient or which specific document is missing; (d) whether there is any additional verification preventing the transfer; and (e) the expected timeframe for a decision and payment.
I am available to cooperate and provide supporting documents and conversations with customer support privately and securely. I do not intend to avoid legitimate verification procedures; I simply want a clear explanation and for the withdrawal to be processed if the applicable conditions are met.
Thank you for your help.
