I’ve been a playing rtg slots at their casinos for over 10 years.  I am familiar with each casinos bonus terms and conditions. Specifically the cap they place on maximum wagering while the bonus is active.  They all have a cap of ten dollars and some cap it at five.  It’s never been a problem for me as I’ve never intentionally wagered over ten dollars a spin regardless.  If you play at these or any casino regularly, it’s rare that you get a "good run" going.  I had my best run of good luck in all the years I’ve been playing when playing slots at uptown aces recently.  After I played through the bonus my available cashout was nearly  5000

dollars and I cashed out three.  My winning streak continued and I had an additional 8000 in my account when uptown aces removed the monies entirely as well as my cashout. I was playing on my iPhone as usual and they advertise the ability to play on mobile devices.  Here comes the problem.  Take notice of the fact that rtg has been diabolical in their last several new games they rolled out.  They moved the increase wager button directly above the spin button).  On a small device it’s easy to accidentally hit the increase spin button with your thumb.  Especially if you have fat thumbs like me.  They also stop the ability to keep spinning if an item comes up that could possible trigger a bonus.   So if you’re doing the mundane task of spinning over and over again, there are times you attempt to spin and it comes in unison with an item showing in the reels and it throws off your ability to trigger the next spin.  Asguard deluxe and princess warriors are examples of this.  Rtg just rolled out princess warriors and I had inadvertently made 3 spins at 20 dollars due to rtg’s poor designing of the game.  This would have never happened had they not placed the increase bet button just above the spin button.  

Of course this didn’t matter whatsoever to  the finance department at uptown aces and they refuse to work with me for any payouts of this awesome run whatsoever. You can imagine I’ve been sick about this for weeks.  11 thousand dollars, the most I’ve ever won at at online or anywhere for that matter, gone in an instant.   I found that there’s is a player dispute mediation service that’s suppose to be independent and filed a dispute but have not heard back in weeks .

Hello jdg2792, it's a sad story as well as very surprising at least to me. I just want to be sure, in the end you lost all the money (because of increase wager button poor position)? Or they confiscate a portion or what reason did they state, please?

Sounds about right better to go for smaller wins with lower bets and no game play play high stakes and in my experience you get 👎🏼 NADA!!

Thanks, But I disagree.. The higher the bet they are supposed to pay better unless the casino has a cut off on the amount.

Today I had €700 I decided to go €8 instead of €4 or €2 I was down to €400 without one substantial win in no time with loads of dead ones= not fun and not the first time it happened. If in your experience you do better with higher bets then stick to it, I think that it wasn’t fixed by the casino just bad luck it happens. Personally I think it’s more than just an RNG but that’s my suspicious mind

Exactly It is more than the RNG. Its computer software and it can be programmed not like a standalone slot machine at a brick and mortar building. They can also enhance a players experience and make them win if needed by adding extra free spins and higher RTP. I have experienced this myself. Do you really think the jackpots are random? I have been playing online for over 5 years and I never hit a jackpot in over a dozen casinos. I have won but never a jackpot I am starting to believe nothing is random. Other places I play same RTG platform the higher you bet the higher your return. They have a way to turn the win control to house, if they didn't have control then everyone who places 20 dollar bets would win.

I believe you summed up how it works exactly. I’ve been trying to quit for 3 years now but keep coming back. I recently joined one casino and deposited €500 in €50 increments and I never went above my deposit amount once playing €1 spins one of the 50 spins 48 dead and 2 paying €0.01 there is no way that happened by a RNG I have played the same slot for years so I know how it plays. TIME TO QUIT 😵‍💫

I only play one slot and if I didn’t play that I wouldn’t gamble at all. This is the way I play €1 spins starting with a €50 kitty. If it plays well and I’m winning I go up to €2 and then €4 which is my limit. I have many years playing this slot and playing that strategy if it’s playing well I can normally cash out €700 which would be a good satisfactory win for me.

Get this. There is a cap on my deposit account...I tried to deposit 110 and an error came up and said keep your deposit near 15 instead

Cap on deposits? How's that possible? I'd believe that the casino is happier when you deposit more. Have you contacted their support regarding this?

I spoke to someone and they said in the online casino business there's a limit set on the amount of deposits for the way you are depositing for security reasons. This cannot be changed. I deposit with a credit card. My card company and myself have not set any limits.

Alright, then you could probably change the deposit method. On the other hand, why would you do it if you're simply used to deposit via card. This is the first time I'm reading about this. The only deposit limit applied to a payment method I can remember were deposits with a mobile phone. The mobile carriers didn't let you deposit over a certain limit per mobile number.

If they don’t want your cash I would seriously think about finding a casino that has no limits. Your also lucky you don’t live in the UK or jurisdictions covered by the UK gambling commission they have given the casinos power to ask like wage slips bank statements and other personal information if they want to check wether you can afford to gamble!! What an invasion of privacy. I self excluded from all casinos under their jurisdiction because I don’t want anyone poking their noses in my private financial affairs. 😡

I was scared of using crypto but found two that are user friendly and I really don’t mind using it now for depositing and withdrawals.

To your question, it would be best if you could ask them directly. We can only guess.

I did ask the chat rep. she said I can't do anything about the limits. I told her the limit is not put on by my credit card or me. Yesterday I played and it went thru with no problem
