Been dealing with them for a withdrawal for almost two months now. Getting the run around. I sent them the same documents for over a month. Finally got a call from security team last Saturday about what’s going on. Today I’m trying to send them an update and they completely blocked my email so I can’t email them what they want. I’ve chatted with so many agents and had the same convos. They keep telling me they’re sending me emails but I’m obviously not getting any. Just chatted with someone and they say someone from security team will get to me Monday. How is it that someone from security called me last Saturday but can’t call me again same time and day? It’s all very frustrating. Including that they banned me from logging in since end of august cause they needed more verification. I gave them all my info they asked and all the ones they asked for on the website. I know lots of ppl went through this through uptown but I’m just super frustrated. Like how much more personal do I have to get? The next closest personal thing they need to identify me is my hair sample or a cheek swab.

Yes I will. I even fixed the problem and they still blocked me from going in and emailing them. Nobody would transfer me anywhere, apparently no supervisors or upper management when I’m chatting with them. It’s insane. My payout has to be between 5-6 grand. I told them If they’re not gonna pay me out to just refund all my money back lol. I wasted too much time on there And thanks for the link I’ll continue on there.

Yes and I’m doubt they’ll reach out. They don’t even give me a phone number to call them but literally every other casino offers to give me a number or tells me to call them. Doesn’t make sense. Crossing my fingers lol
