I have a history with upspinz since they do not close accounts permantly. They only offer 90 days as the highest even if u inform them that u are a gambling addict.

Thanks for sharing. I think I understand why it feels unusual. Is this matter perhaps related to the complaint you lodged? I see this as a chance to find out how the casino views the situation from their perspective. Once this becomes clear, I'd say the mediators can work with that much better. You see, the mediators are very keen to explain potential problems to the operators. To do so, however, they certainly need complaints.
