Kyc approved. I made a withdrawal....after three days "withdrawal rejected and funds returned to game account". More documents are requested. This is probably a constant delay with the aim of frustration and withdrawal cancellation and playing/loss....👎

I have been on a casino called upspinz I have sent all verification in had 1700 and something pounds in asked for 500 which was the maximum they have sent it back to my account and taken the other £1200 saying back to system I am so upset about this. If you don't verify your identity, you won't be able to get the money, which is why it keeps getting returned to you.

I don't use a vpn, I haven't edited any documents etc.. I sent everything they asked for and according to the instructions. Every documents they ask i need to sent twice.. Funniest part that i didnt even take bonus, raw 40€ depo and then roulette pays. Yes please, help me with this one. 🙏🏻
