Hi, according to what I'm reading it seems quite strange what you're describing. It's a pity that support can't give you any normal answer, since you say you can't play any game and chat says you can play any game. 

Do you still have money in your player account ? I guess if they can't fix it, it's not worth playing with such a bonus. 🙁
