They have everything explained on the website in the terms and conditions, but they don't fulfill anything. 🙁 I'm really sad. That money was really needed and I'll never see it.

Anyway, try to hang in there and see what happens when the team contacts the casino and if something can be sorted out. I'm not saying it has to be that way, but as another player said, if there was even a minimal chance, it's still better than no chance at all.

Unfortunately, I am addicted to gambling and wanted to have my account blocked, but I didn't receive a reply even after 14 emails and there was no response to inquiries from guru. Unfortunately, due to my illness (and after I had already requested closure), I still paid 299 euros. The casino definitely took advantage of my illness and deliberately delayed the deletion of my account. In my opinion, that is deliberate fraud and criminal. This casino really should be closed.

Ich bin leider spielsüchtig und wollte mein Konto sperren lassen, aber selbst auf 14 Emails habe ich keine Antwort erhalten und auch auf Nachfragen von guru gab es keine Reaktion. Leider habe ich aufgrund meiner Erkrankung (und bereits, nachdem ich die Schließung beantragt hatte) noch 299 Euro gezahlt. Das casino hat definitiv meine Krankheit ausgenutzt und die Löschung meines Kontos bewusst verzögert. Das ist in meinen Augen vorsätzlicher Betrug und kriminell. Dieses Casino sollte wirklich geschlossen werden

Hier werden Gewinne NICHT ausgezahlt, ihr verliert euer Geld. Die werden euch nicht mehr antworten und ihr seid euer Geld los. Das so eine kriminelle Seite noch online ist, ist unglaublich.
Wer die ganzen negativen Bewertungen liest und trotzdem sich entscheidet sein Geld dort wegzuwerfen, ist selber schuld.

Thanks for the answer! There is one more point that interests me though: on page 1, the user named "noobiplez" has linked a .pdf file that shows a Carabao license for this casino, with a signature. Has this license been checked? It still says that they don't have a license, which I definitely assume. You can't find anything about it on the internet or on their website, and I think if they did have a license, they wouldn't be able to afford to cheat players like that.
Where does this document come from, is it perhaps a fake?

Mich interessiert allerdings noch ein Punkt: auf Seite 1 hat der User namens "noobiplez" eine .pdf Datei verlinkt, die eine Carabao Lizenz dieses Casinos zeigt, mit einer Unterschrift. Wurde diese Lizenz überprüft, hier wird ja weiterhin angegeben, dass die keine Lizenz haben, wovon ich auch definitiv ausgehe. Man findet nichts darüber weder im Internet, noch auf deren Webseite und ich denke wenn man eine Lizenz hätte, dann könnten die es sich nicht erlauben die Spieler so zu betrügen.
Woher kommt dieses Dokument, ist es vielleicht eine Fälschung?
