They asked me for a bank statement showing the transaction, which I sent them. My information is on it, and the transaction is listed, but they rejected it because, according to them, the statement must include my account number (which is essentially my ID number with a few extra digits). The Webpay payment method is exclusively for credit/debit card payments, so I don't understand what the account number has to do with it. I contacted a Tenpo agent, and they told me they don't issue any documents with the account number since the bank statement shows credit card transactions, which makes sense. If I paid with a credit card, why would they need a statement with my account number? Similarly, Tenpo doesn't issue statements with account numbers. I wouldn't have any problems with the video, but I don't know if the casino will accept it because they've never offered me that option, only this "impossible" statement, and they haven't offered any other solution.
