If you want to discuss anything related to This Is Vegas Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
After depositing and claiming the 5 spins free for a year, finally winning they refuse to payout. Saying I claimed a bonus. Well yeah, I claimed 5 free spins a year. Don't waste your money with these people. I also have video and screen shots of the price going down after a win. When it should be going up, it actually doesn't work that way. Don't waste your time or money, you'll get neither back.
Hey there,
I must say I'm quite confused now. Is the amount you won limited, or fully voided? Or is just the withdrawal restricted? Due to what rule, please?
Can you share the casino's explanation?
Thank you in advance.
It's fully voided. Claiming them daily, per the original agreement is not allowed, so its misleading. You have to deposit according to Alex, one of reps. So after doing the playthrough and the nightmare of the amount bouncing all over. I finally reached the 100.00. Only to be told that it's voided.
Yeh, it's truly misleading because I see no sense in that, meaning I do not understand what happened.
Do you think you can explain step by step what you did in the proper time sequence?
I'm primarily missing "per the original agreement is not allowed".
Feel free to paste screenshots, if you like. I'd love to understand what went wrong.
I had a withdrawal pending since the 27th of February for $450 worth of Bitcoin. Today I check the status just like I have every day and my withdrawal was reversed at 2:00 p.m. and another withdrawal of $241 worth of Bitcoin was initiated today. I did not do either of these things and when I contacted customer service about it they told me that they sent me an email about it which I can't find they couldn't even tell me what email address it came from and the remaining money that's the difference between my initial withdrawal and my one that happened today The money is nowhere to be found so that's over $200 that I lost and I still don't have any money! I deposited $104 worth of Bitcoin only to be told nothing and to get no money back.
Honestly, I really don't understand the explanation from the casino. I noticed you already submitted a complaint so it's better to wait for now. I'm wondering, isn't it possible that you played with a sticky bonus and the casino deducted the initial bonus amount from your winnings and sent you the rest?
I was contacted by Claire, VIP manager, on 10/18/23, who told me I had won $150 Cash in their Daily Selection Promotion. She then told me the documents I needed to send to verify my account, I responded immediately, sending everything requested. I have heard nothing from them since the initial email. I have sent 2 follow up emails, but no response.
Hello, what exactly did you participate in when you won the daily selection ? Was it just some random selection ? Were the documents you sent verified or did you not even get a reply ? Do you have any screenshots of you winning such a prize ?
Let me know.
Hello Jaro, Thank you for responding to my post so quickly! To answer your questions:
I hadn’t entered any drawing, sweepstakes, etc. To my knowledge, it was a random event. I never received a reply after sending the requested documents. I have attached copies of the initial email from them and my responses, hope this helps!
Hi and thank you for your reply. I think it's definitely not right if you don't have any answer from the casino about the documents and therefore the account verification. We give casinos 14 days to sort out the verification process.
However, in this case I think it would be best to file a complaint and our team would look into it and try to help you. You can do so here on this link.
Anyway, if you find out something new or if you get money or an email, could you update me ? I hope everything gets sorted out and you get your money. Fingers crossed. 🤞☘️
Hi Jaro, I think I will file a complaint, if for no other reason than they shouldn’t tell you you’ve won something and then ignore you! I’m an enthusiastic, but not lucky, gambler, so winning a prize is a big deal to me.
Thank you so much for your time and interest in my issue, I truly appreciate you and will absolutely update you if there are any developments. Happy Holidays ☃️🎄
On behalf of Jaro, I'd like to thank you for your kind words 🙂.
As far as I can tell, your complaint is soon to be reviewed - it should not take far too long.
In case you need anything along the way, we'll be here for you.
Don't hesitate to let us know how you're faring if you're in the mood. Happy Holidays to you too!
And of course, I wish you a fair yet quick resolution 🤞🤞
You're welcome and we're happy to help when we can. Hope everything gets sorted out as soon as possible. Have a nice day 😊☘️
