Hi I joined Lordping on 7-7-2022 I had a big won and withdrew £3000. Today they sent £450 to my bank account and I had a email saying the rest could not be processed and funds were reversed. The remaining £2550 went back into my account and then a few minutes later it disappeared with no trace of it at all. Luckily I screen shot it. I have tried emails and online chat and have been ignored. Funnily enough a chat popped up this morning asking about my funding as I deposited a few more times yesterday after that. I explained how I funded etc and already been verified yesterday. She said she had to put a £100 loss limit on my account which I said was fine, anyway this was all this morning and I withdrew yesterday. I'm not sure what I can do.

Hello wnicola,

I must say I do not fully understand what has happened.

Were you playing with some bonus when you hit the big win, please? It may be that there was a maximal cashout limit applied to it. But I'm just guessing now.

It seems like a portion of your winnings has disappeared and you continued to deposit and at the same time, the support is asking you about your funds? What about your funds exactly, please?

And what did you learn about the missing funds, I wonder?

Hi, so I deposited £50 and you get £50 free. They said that the max bet you can play is £5 but if you deposited with neteller or skill the max bet is £1.. I deposited straight from my virgin money Mastercard so I didn't use any of these. I won £3612 on a £5 bet.

Hello,

Have you bet more than £5 while playing with this bonus, please?

Have you bought any special features?

In any case, the casino allows you to withdraw only £450 because you violated the rules. I think this is the better option. You can play with the ret as bonus funds.

Can you see your gaming history?

You should be able to check your bets.

I played a higher stake later after I had won the initial £3600 from the bonus round. My bonus was only £50 Andy real balance was £50. It used my bonus funds first so I was playing with my own money. They took all my winnings away. They sent me £450 as a good will gesture apparently

Hello,

after you completed the wagering, did you place the withdrawal request?

I believe that in this case, the bonus ends by withdrawal - not by fulfilling the wagering. So technically, after you skipped to the high stakes, you were still playing with the bonus.

Sadly, I can't see bet amounts for each spin so I can't make anything out of it.

Let's see what our Complaint Team finds out while taking care of your complaint.

I placed the withdrawal a few hours later I had been playing for a few hours. If I click on those it drops down and shows all the stakes I played for each spin..yes I will wait and see thank you.
