I deposited £50 and got £50 free which to start with I didn't know or asked for. Anyway I played for maybe 2 hours and won nearly £5000 I ended up withdrawing £3000. This was on 7-7-2022..today I had email saying my withdrawal was successful there was only £450 in my account. I logged on and seen the remaining £2550 in my account balance. Withing minutes it was gone I had a email saying it could not be processed and had been reversed. I have tried to contact them through chat and email no reply. Just to add this morning when I logged on and deposited £50 (a limit I put on yesterday) a chat popped up and asking me how I fund my account etc. I told her all the information and then she said she would put me through to a advisor about my withdrawal, she never i was sat waiting on chat for over 1 hour. I tried more chat but no reply and no reply to Emails. My Account is already verified as I sent in my proof yesterday. Thank you.

Hi so that was the bonus I received. They are saying that max bet is £5 which was the stake I won on. And if you deposited with neteller or skrill max bet is £1.. I didn't deposit with those I just used my virgin money bank card.
