The casino itself is unreliable.


They asked me to make a withdrawal using the same method I deposited with. After a 48-hour pending period, they claimed the method "doesn’t work," then asked me to change the withdrawal method, which started a new pending period. They also came up with the most ridiculous excuses.


They kept this up until I got frustrated and ended up losing my entire balance of over €9,000.


This seems to be a common tactic, as other reviews report the same experience.


Worst of all, the casino automatically "purchases" cryptocurrency when you deposit, which caused some minor issues with my bank here in Sweden.

I'm really sorry for your experience at this casino.

Unfortunately, I am not in place to know if they really experienced some issues as they told you, so I just hope that next time you will be able to keep your balance and our complaint team will do everything possible to help if any similar issue arises.

I have waited 17 days for my withdrawal to be processed from this site.


The only explanation i get for the delay is "its being processed according to our T&C".


Dreadfull handling from the casino. Would avoid this casino.

I think you know what to do in a situation like this. You should definitely lodge a complaint, and hopefully that will help. Seventeen days is a long time to keep getting the same answer.

I’m not surprised at all. Really unprofessional—they did the same thing to me until I got fed up and ended up losing my entire winnings of €9,200. I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. You’ll probably receive an offer from them soon—€100 to remove your comment about them.

Stick to Swedish casinos—they pay out within minutes. No lies about the bank "having issues," no long verification processes, and no low withdrawal limits—yet of course, unlimited deposits. Honestly, there are a hundred reasons to avoid these casinos licensed on various islands around the world.

I understand that would be the next step. But considering it will cost me more time and they probably will process it as soon as the complaint reaches the casino. Then the complaint will be marked as resolved and the casinos ratings wont change.


I feel like the best way to show people is to do as above and tell people about the issues i had with this casino.


At this time it really feels systematic. First maybe two withdrawals within 24 hours, after that over a week and now this. The fact that after leaving reviews on the casino the withdrawal times has became longer is also suspicious. Then there is the fact that the withdrawals i have made have been processed on either a wednesday or a friday. And that is about ten withdrawals. Makes you think they only process withdrawals 2 days a week. But hey as long as they pay out its all good i guess 🙂


Off course all of the above could be random. So there is nothing to really prove. I just hope sharing my experience can stop at least some people from playing here.

Hi, i have complaint unfinished with guru...but i have to say already that casino is far away honest casino. They blocked my account for some excuse and remove all my over 4000€ money. And now when I investigate license info, I noticed they have no license. At least there is not any info about their license. Usually and officially license author should be visible bottom of website. All can check there is no any. I asked this from their chat agent and he/she didnt tell this either.

Hi, considering this is a fresh casino, I'd like to double-thank you for sharing such an experience. Those unproven casinos normally represent a certain risk even without poor reviews, so I hope the outcome is not going to be any worse. When it comes to license, my colleagues checked the validity of the AOFA regulator "overseeing" this casino; however, since this regulator is more or less just a license seller, it could not be very much of a benefit. 🙁 But you mentioned a valid point: the chat should be able to address clear questions or escalate more "complicated" inquiries.

It appears that this casino no longer has a license. It might be time for casino.guru to update this in the "casino information" section.

I found this in the registry, so it should still have a license. We also have a guide for this license, and while some casinos don't have a validator on their website, they may still have a valid license.🙂
