Basically, i have already lodge 5 complaints till now of my withdrawl amount 37000 on dated 26 june not received the payment in my bank 

Tomas has given you a guide according to what I have read on the subject. I also saw that you have filed another complaint. Always try to give as much information as you have to our team and respond smoothly when you need to.

Hey, are you saying that you deposited there and the money didn't arrive to your player account? If so, have you tried contacting the payment provider you deposited with?
