That's not much of an answer to my question. In order to reopen the complaint, you need to respond and give enough relevant information to our team. If you fail to do so, then it will be the same as before.

Basically, i have already lodge 5 complaints till now of my withdrawl amount 37000 on dated 26 june not received the payment in my bank
