allow me to start with the KYC - it's truly amazing having such live feedback in almost real-time 🙂.

As far as I understand, the account is now fully verified, yet the casino is not going to send you an email containing this information, ok can be.

I also think that the process was quite quick, according to what I am used to from the player's complaints. 😀

I believe that Emily provided a few useful pieces of information, such as "Please note that, as I see in the system, in order to confirm and accept your ID, you need to upload a foreign passport or driver's license." and explained that you will be notified - I can understand that she can't go into more details because she is a live chat operator and the KYC is handled by a different department, but I got the impression that she tried to be helpful and responsive. 

Sadly, I do not know how their system deals with the uploaded documents, but as I already wrote, I guess that those "unknown reasons" are just automatic notifications, only the support can tell more, I think. But it would be great if the message said: please use the correct format, etc.

ID card - rejected twice requested Driver's license

Driver's license - rejected once. Passport requested

Passport requested - I refused to give it to them. He said that it was enough that he sent an ID card and a Driver's license.

Tonight I deliberately played all the funds in the account, and immediately received a notification about the full verification of the account. I no longer needed my passport. The account is verified instantly. With the documents that I provided earlier. That's what they were waiting for. I don't know how you came to my conclusion. 🙂

Usually, for statements cropped files and screenshots are not allowed - mostly. The preferred format is .pdf

It would be good to know the purpose of the requested document to ensure it provides the necessary information. For example, as proof of address, the bank statement in the form of .pdf would be better than a picture of some post slip.

I use a prepaid card... There are no statements here like in the parent bank

Any chance to set up gambling limits while you struggle? It should prevent you from losing, I'd say.

Oh, I see! The casino should be aware of that. 🤔 It's pointless requesting banking history or statements when you only used this kind of card.
