Hello, I know that this was a problem once before, but if I remember correctly, the player had to solve everything with support. Did you tell them that you have such a card as part of the verification and therefore it is not possible to provide what they need ? I think the casino should recommend or advise you what you should do or at least offer an alternative. Try asking for a solution and come back and tell me what they told you.
