Please do not mistake the request to close your casino account with closing your complaint. If we are to sort at least the consequences, the complaint must reach its ends no matter the casino's play in this.
I understand it is a challenging link of events, but this is how the complaint works.
While the complaint is being investigated, please focus on protecting yourself first:
Hopefully some of that helps you a bit.
Hi I’ve seen you write in a previous complaint when someone trying to withdraw funds? And you’ve asked whether they won the money through bonuses would this matter? I have spent nearly 3 grand with this casino and recently won 20000 off a bonus! I’m very worried I probably won’t see this money
Hi, it's normal to ask about player bonuses. Especially if you haven't read the information about them. Which one did you take specifically? Just because you played with the bonus doesn't mean you shouldn't get the money. But some bonuses, and there are quite a few of them, come with a maximum cashout limit, which players often only find out about when they withdraw. Did you see anything like that?
Definitely would not recommend playing here, im waiting for a withdrawal since 8th Feb, was cancelled several times and then they asked me to split it in two transactions and i did and still nothing. they told me in live chat that the payment was approved, but dashboard still says pending!. Live chat have blocked me and no response to email.
I think that in this case, I would file a complaint if they blocked you on the chat and you basically have no choice but to wait. It's also not good information when you see that the withdrawal is pending and they told you it was completed, which is not the best either.
So what do you think?
Yes i was thinking of writing a complaint but wasn't sure if Casino Guru would take it on as its an Anjoan license(pardon the spelling). But yes, its ridiculous and they are getting away with it. Stonewalling, splitting payments and just telling lies. My dashboard still says pending. The also asked me to withdraw using a VPN!!!! A huge no go.
If they recommended a VPN, I would definitely take a screenshot of that conversation just to be sure, but I probably wouldn't use it myself.
As far as complaints are concerned, it doesn't matter whether the casino has a license or not, you can file a complaint with us about any casino.
Well, I'm not surprised at how this situation is developing, but let's hope it gets better.
Good luck.
I signed up I played and when I went to withdraw it would not let me withdraw the Games are fraudelent .They do not play correctly 99 /100 times it spins al the bonuses out .I have Probably lost more than 2000 pounds on this site in Total. Its really just disgraceful .when it comes to cashing out .they bounce the money back into your account and they never pay .
This is bad. The casino review indicates that it is on the verge of falling to the bottom of the Safety Index.
Such casinos sadly do not care much about transparency or responsible practices. Would you mind submitting an official complaint with us? I imagine it sounds weird after what I just said, but that's a completely free step, hence worth trying before the money is beyond saving.

However, the last few cases didn't end up well, I'm afraid.
Yeah this is one of the worst. I have ever been on to be honest for safety and protection and I do not feel it would be helpful to take matters Further. I have just come to the conclusion . Im just going to put this one down as a big loss and yes something really needs doing about these fake casinos that are taking advantage of their customers.
Even if you feel that submitting a complaint would be for nothing, it actually could help bring the safety index of this casino even lower, and that way other players will be alert.
It is up to you, of course, how you will continue. No pressure.
