Why cant i login in all good earlier but now i cant thur multiple times trying

I was playing and got the jackpot wheel then I landed on Jackpot but instead of being taken to the next screen to spin for a jackpot, I was just credited $50. When I brought this to the attention of the casino with the screenshot the game ID and exact time of play they said they would contact the vendor. It’s been over a week and they keep telling me they don’t have an update.

Sometimes, whenever a casino needs to check with the game provider, it can take longer; to tell you the truth.

They replied and it said we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We credited your account $300. When I tried to say I don’t accept that because there were five jackpots ranging from $21-$22,000. I'd feel about the same if I'm honest. On the other hand, I've seen that the casino has a pretty low safety index and I'm wondering if they're really in conflict with the game provider. 

I would probably file a complaint on our website but I probably wouldn't have big eyes, because I would expect them not to answer us and to keep it as unresolved. But maybe you'll be lucky and get an answer.
