Hey guys,

does anyone know the email address to which the verification documents must be sent?

I was finally connected to live support yesterday after 6 days, they said I had received an email with everything in it.

When I told her that that wasn't true and that I wanted to have the email again, the woman from live support said that wasn't possible.

I was then kicked directly from Live Support and not reconnected.

It may sound silly but have you checked the trash bin or spam and promotions categories?
