Unfortunately, not at all cooperative. The bonus was not displayed - apparently not possible with Skrill. I mentioned it several times in the chat but no chance. Best Casino ever! I had a super cool experience last week at Sugar Casino and I am surprised by how beautiful all the designs are. I played Moon Princess and received some free spins. In total it was 60 free spins and after some spins I made huge win of 10.560€. I was so happy but then a bit scared if they will pay me out. But it was super easy and quick. Guess what, I already have the money on my bank account.
Deposit was not refunded after 3 days and so far simply withheld, despite proof of the transaction and even confirmation of the payment service.
