We’ve received an update from the casino representative that their Risk & Fraud team is carrying out some additional checks on their side.
this is the answer i got in a question i did on an other casino forum and i truly cant understand what it is supposed to mean
We are almost 50 days since i made my win, I didn't use any bonus free spins or any other offer.
I was just lucky and multiplied my balance on live blackjack , there was no malfunction neither on live casino nor on slots
Hello, I'll respond to this since it looks like the last update. Honestly, one could conclude that there must have been some additional check involved, and it is still quite interesting that the casino mentioned it now, after such a long time of silence.

Exactly, Radka! I am genuinely wondering what they could possibly be checking for all these days.
I did nothing wrong—I simply played, got lucky, and did not violate any terms or conditions, nor anything else a casino might use as a pretext to cancel winnings. I firmly believe this is just another 'classic' excuse to buy more time.
It is easy to understand that if I had actually violated any terms of service, they would have already pointed it out after almost two months instead of using vague excuses.
And this is another point that is confusing me.
Let's say some rules were breached. What usualy happens? Caisno super quickly blocks the account, voids winnings, and closes the matter. However, what you have been caught into, at least in my opinion, lost its sense a month or so ago. Delays happen; the support team could be confused with the old Greek ID, which resulted in quite unpleasant requests you fulfilled. The question is, what changed since then? Based on what, has the casino unfinished KYC with you? All we know thus far, even though the complaint progressed, is that there has been an internal check. Well, I bet there is a check, but how long are you supposed to wait for any possible conclusion?
I mean, we are not talking about hitting the main jackpot, so it must be something around the, let's say, basic account activity without, for example, game provider involvement, though even game provider checks are eventually quicker....

Unfortunately, it wasn't as simple as I expected! 😂
The casino informed me that they couldn't process the payout via Skrill (which was my original deposit method) and cancelled my initial withdrawal request.
They asked me to request the withdrawal via crypto instead, so I have just submitted a new withdrawal request using USDT (TRC20). I am now waiting for them to process it.

I'm almost shocked, to be honest! I mean, it's great that you have the money and can leave this nightmare behind. I just don’t understand what’s been happening, and as far as I know, no one explained or shared details about the deeper checks or findings. Just asking the team to prioritize the check and here we go, after 50 days... and a small detail: we found out Skrill won't work.
I'm so glad you have the money, but I see plenty of opportunities for immediate improvement. 😁

Thank you so much Radka for all your support and intervention throughout this process! I really believe that your presence and involvement were key to resolving this after 50 days of waiting.(after the casino representative answered at my complain on casino guru, everything was done in 2 business days)
Interestingly, as soon as the money was paid out, I sent them an email asking how I could trust their site again after such an experience, and they replied within an hour promising 15-minute withdrawals in the future! It's a bit ironic considering the weeks of silence before, but at least this chapter is successfully closed.
Thanks again to you and the Casino Guru community!
You are welcome. In my opinion, it was indeed the complaint that did the "trick." I wish nothing like that were necessary, because 50 days is just insane no matter what perspective I take a look at it. 😆 Do you know what? I won't comment on the 15-minute withdrawal promise, but if you manage to try, please let me know how it actually went!
However, the chapter is closed; I bet we both feel relieved. At a certain point I was a bit worried, but I prefer not to say that....😁
Hope this whole experience was for a very loooooong time, the most complicated thing in your life, and if you ever want to pop up or share perhaps something positive (for a change), I guess I will be here. 😉

me too, at a point i was like i m about to lose on purpose my money because i will never get them or go to play with crazy style high bets ,
i really thought i would never get this money
however i finally stayed calm and decided that i will go this up to the end i will not touch my balance
to be honest 99.99% this was their goal to break me with this extreme delay so as to lose my balance.

Hello, I'm sorry your situation is still unresolved. Based on the complaint, the casino is convinced that there are issues with mixed funds related to the second bonus and further responses from others cannot be seen yet. I won't pretend I'm familiar with all the details, but I would like to highlight that this situation is not about just delayed KYC, like we saw before. I'd say it's about different perspectives of the account closure request and mixing funds and for now it's not clear what has happened to the remaining balance.
The casino in this case has been quite responsive and I hope the mutual fair resolution will be achieved—I mean soon.
Well, that's what I found in your complaint, and based on Munya's request, to me, it's clear that he has already been on it while the casino seems to have questions. Well, I'd say it's good that both sides are responsive, which provides grounds for further progress. I just wonder whether the KYC is necessary or not; I did not get this part clearly.... Well, we shall see, I'd say.
