and the other 2 following soon after.
I have spoken to "live chat" several times with no success.
i have been told be "patient" and I have had no transparency at all during this whole process from the online casino (Spinsy)
Hi, is that all the casino told you to be patient and nothing more? I'd say that wouldn't be enough, so I'd be pretty angry if I only had to wait over two weeks.
Was there no need to send any documents to the casino or anything like that?
It was definitely a good move to file a complaint and I strongly believe that they will be able to help you if the casino continues to delay your withdrawal.

I have problems with withdrawals the first withdrawal
They did it in three days, but now, since July 22, I have had my first withdrawals and they keep giving me the runaround, saying they are saturated with withdrawals. I hope someone from the casino gets in touch with me here or by email. If it is resolved, I will post it here.

I imagine this is very disappointing. On one hand, the casino may be honest with you, but I believe we both feel that this delay is just unfair. Please hold on. The complaint you submitted should help if the casino doesn't improve its efforts.

Well, I'm still the same, I talk to them every day and I have all the transcripts saved. In short, they tell me that it's in the final payment process but that they're late with the payment and that I shouldn't worry, but it's always the same. For now, nothing. Tomorrow, Monday, I'll write to them again.
