Hello,


I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my account at Spinstralia.


A few weeks ago (I registered 11th May), my account was unexpectedly blocked. At the time, I had approximately $500 remaining in my balance. No warning or explanation was provided prior to the block.


Since then, I haven’t received any emails or official communication explaining the reason for this action. My messages to the support team have gone unanswered, which makes the situation even more frustrating.


I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter, as I believe this action was taken unfairly.

Hello, if you have not received any reply or reason for blocking, the emails are unanswered and you have a still balance on your account, then I would open a complaint.

You can do so at this link.

I don't think this is right of the casino and at least they should give you an email as to why this happened.

Yes, I think I will thankyou. They originally stopped my access until I proved my identity, which I done immediately and they accepted. Then I received an email saying im permanently banned with no explanation and every form of communication has been ignored.

Do I understand correctly that all this started when you wanted to withdraw your winnings? Is that right?

No, I hadn't tried to make a withdrawal at all. I had made my first deposit and I won the approx $500, then when I went back to continue to play with them same funds, a few hours later I was restricted and asked to verify my identity.

I would say that there might have been a trigger in the system and that's why they asked you for verification but why they blocked you is a mystery. Casinos tend to at least generally tell you why this is the case, but if you haven't gotten an answer I hope we will be able to contact the casino and they will provide it to us. 

Could it be that someone was playing on the same wifi as you? A friend, a household member, or something like that?

No definitely not anyone using the same wifi as me. It is a mystery, as you said most places will at least reply and give you an explanation even if it's one you don't like or agree with lol.

So we will just have to wait for the whole process to develop further. There is nothing more to do at the moment.
