If you want to discuss anything related to Spins House Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi, I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. But I'd need a better description of the situation.
What do you mean when the casino told you that you can't win any money? Do you have any screenshots of the conversation? As for the violation of the Terms, did they say anything about it, and specifically, what did you violate?
I signed up and deposited 3 transactions totalling over £100. I won £2500 and then carried on playing until I was out of the bonus. At this point the balance was £3500 so I decided to withdraw it and sent all the relevant documentation requesting which was accepted. I then asked how long it would be before the funds would be available to which they said 5 days. They then said I was only allowed to withdraw £300 because of the T&C’s. I wasn’t happy but accepted it as I didn’t read the full T&C and said they should make this more clear when cashing out or signing up. They then apologised and said can I close my account as I won’t be using the casino anymore because the remaining balance of £3200 was pointless in using because I could technically win. They have also said I’d breached the T&Cs and would only receive my original £30 payment back which is a complete con
Yes, what they mentioned to you is also listed under the "Warnings" section on our website with review of this casino. It’s unfair, and that’s one of the reasons why they have such a low safety index. It’s sad that they ultimately don’t want to give you anything, and I saw that you have a complaint pending review. We’ll see if anything comes of it or if there’s nothing we can do.
Sometimes I ask myself the same. 🙂
Anyway, can you please answer to your complaint so Petronela can move on?
Petronela,
Did you activate any bonus when making your deposit, or were you playing with real money only? - The first deposit I played with the bonus and won a large amount so kept playing until I was out of the deposit and could withdraw.
Do you have a full game history or transaction history that you could share with us? I did however I’m locked out of the casino so can’t no longer gain access.
Did the casino provide you with any additional explanation or specific evidence besides what you have already shared? No, all that happened was i provided the ID and full documentation requested to be told I could only withdraw £300 not £3500. I then questioned if I withdraw £300 can I still play with the reminding £3200 to see if I had chance of winning further and they said no that money will disappear once I get my £300. I then was told I’d breached the T&Cs and was only able to get my original £35 deposit back and all my other deposits wasn’t returned. My account was then closed
My partner literally has the same issue. Irregular play claiming that she bet above Max bet n that the amount in question was from a deposit of $50 with 100% match bonus accompanied with 50 free spins. They claim that the free spins where She only won $4.43 carried the Max bet limit. However she did not play the free spins until half way through wagering the already $4000 wagering requirement in which she didn't get above $8.
When she played the free spins they've added those winnings to the wagering of the original wagering amount making it $4199 but seem to have decided that from the moment she played the spins n got the $4.43 that her Max bet could only now be $1 approximately.....
Wouldn't the match bonus and the free spins be part of the same bonus and wouldn't that make the total bonus amount $54.43 and that the smallest amount would in fact be the $50 deposit itself making the Max bet $15?
She won $10,000 after wagering 82% as a jackpot in a game so it's pathetic to say the least that she can get so excited in winning that amount only for these complete ass hats to try try and pull a fast one on her.
I can see why this is confusing, especially if the free spins only added $4.43 but the casino then treated them as if they changed the maximum bet rule for the whole bonus session.
The key thing here is the exact wording of the bonus terms. I wouldn’t want to assume that the correct max bet should automatically be $15 or around $1 without seeing how Spins House defines the relationship between the 100% match bonus and the 50 free spins.
Did the casino point to a specific term explaining why the max bet changed after the free spins were played?
And do you have a screenshot or copy of the bonus terms that were active when your partner claimed the offer? If you share that wording, it should be much easier to see whether the casino applied the rule consistently or not.
Since the disputed win is around $10,000, I’d definitely keep the full game history, bonus terms, and the casino’s explanation saved.
They never gave her any specific terms and if I am honest, the person who I spoke to is about as professional as my ability to fly a plane. Considerably the rudest prick I've ever dealt with. They keep changing the wording to the clause of their terms where in the terms available to the public it defines it as smallest deposit or bonus.. But every time speaking to the live support they would reference it as "source of winnings" nowhere in the entire T's & c's does it ever state those words. It also doesn't clarify that the match bonus or the free spins as seperate however when receiving the match bonus, the free spins come pre activated so one would have to assume that the two pool together. But in saying that, no matter how you fight your case with them, they always have a way to shut you down in such a condescending way that anyone who deals with them would never pick them as a legitimate casino.
