According to what I have seen and how they are solving the latest complaints, I have a feeling that it will probably turn out the same way and the safety index will just go down again. When they don't answer us at all, it's hard to assist the players.

How do you complain? They just ignore email, palm you off on the chat and if you get too direct or ask too many times you get blocked

Just so everyone knows, my complaint was closed as the casino never responded so my attempt to get my money was unsuccessful. Please do not use this casino.

I'm very sorry, but at least you will help other players to see that the safety index will be even lower so that they won't deposit here. I have seen the history of the casino and therefore that they have not answered quite a few players but even in such cases it is important to make a complaint even if sometimes players know that they will not get any money out of it, at least for this reason, to lower the safety index.😕

How would you imagine that would go? I think players can prevent it by not depositing there and getting better information. If the casino doesn't have the players, then I think it will close itself eventually. But as long as there is someone who will deposit and find out nothing about the casino, then it doesn't matter if it's this particular casino or some other one that can do similar things.
