i made 11/05 a deposit 50euros via card (revolut) Money left my revolut balance but spinline says it got rejected, and it will be credited back in my revolut, in my revolut status this was as pending, but i see now the transaction is fully completed and that means i will not get the money back, i made a charge back request on revolut but it says it may last up to 90 days ,anyone had the same issue and what did he do?

casino told me its their final answer the transaction has been rejected and they didnt receive the money, so they cant neither credit my balance or give them back, something went wrong with the payment intermediary i guess, i made a charge back request but it seems it will take long to have an answer either positive or negative (i guess it will be positive since neither casino got the money nor they got back in my account)
Oh, I'm sorry to hear this. I do not have details available, but to me it also looks like a problem with intermediary providers. Maybe it's a dumb question, but I'll ask it: Did you check that with your payment provider as well? I mean, from their side? I find it hard to believe no one is actually responsible for the funds getting to the recipient. So I'm interested to see what they have to say.
In any case, I hope the chargeback won't take too long.
