I’ve been a player with Spinch casino for a while. I’ve never had any problems with withdrawals. I’ve recently secured level 6 VIP status which guarantees me priority withdrawals (usually 2-3 days). However with my most recent withdrawal requests, they are pending and I’m kept given excuses as to why they’re not going through. my account is verified, I never had a problem with larger withdrawals in the past.
I had 4 withdrawals- $9000, $9000, $6000 and $1000. Then, after some back and forth, my $1000 withdrawal was processed even though the larger amounts were done days beforehand. I’m slightly concerned I’m not going to receive my money and I have been given the runaround. I’m trying to be patient but it’s been a week, and it’s never taken this long before.
Hello, I see you find yourself in quite an unenviable situation. From what I've read I've learned that your withdrawals are pending and you still haven't learned anything more about them. Also, did the casino tell you why it's taking so long ?
However, it is a good sign that you have not had problems in the past and I firmly believe that you will get your money in the end.

No, unfortunately they just keep telling me it’s being processed but no reason as to why it’s taking so long. Have you heard of this happening before? If so- do you know why?
Also- in these circumstances - how long is worst case scenario?

I checked if other players had any experience with it, but almost nobody mentioned anything about long withdrawals. So I can't help that much.
Regarding the worst case scenario, I'm not so sure. Since we give casinos 14 days, if the casino doesn't communicate and resolve anything then there is a possibility to file a complaint. Our team will try to help, but it would certainly take some time to investigate everything. So the time interface could be much longer.
Anyway, be sure to keep informed about your withdrawals and hopefully an update will come soon and you will get your money.

Well, I do have a small update. As of now, they approved my $6000 withdrawal, but they cancelled all my other ones. So I was able to receive $6000 but they cancelled the other $18,000.
Now they're saying that my daily withdrawal limit is $7500, weekly $15,000 and monthly $30,000. When last week my daily withdrawal limit was $15,000, weekly $30,000 and monthly $90,000. So it looks like I'm back to square one. (see attached photo for details of them telling me my withdrawal limits).
I've made a new request for $7500 and now I'm waiting to see what happens. It seems to me they're doing everything to have me NOT be able to withdraw my money in a timely manner.
Well the good news is that at least you have an update and things have moved forward.
As for the $6000 withdrawal, did you get that into your account?
I can see in the limits list that you have less than you had before, but I don't think it will take that long to withdraw the money. I've seen limits where players had $500 and won $30,000, so this is still pretty reasonable from my point of view.
Definitely let me know if you got the money and how your next withdrawal is going.
Of course, I recommend not doing anything with the money until you have withdrawn it all. I know it won't be the shortest time, but the less problems the better. 🙂
I tried to withdrawal $700. It. Was my first withdrawal, all my verification had already been completed. It took two and a half days to even process the withdrawal, and now a total of 8 days later and I'm yet to receive anything.
They claim it's instant via credit card to withdraw. All communications have been vague, and they basically just tell me to keep waiting.
I'm doubtful I will even get anything from them

They got back to me finally after I really pushed my point, and told them I left a negative review. They told me there had been a technical issue, and cancelled the withdrawal.
They asked if I could process my withdrawal again using a different bank account to send the funds to. So after requesting a new withdrawal with a different card they quickly processed it. (Amazing that when I kept asking what was happening with the first one it still took 2.5 days to process, but now they were able to do it instantly).
So now like I have been for 8 days im waiting in hope that the funds will land in my account.
Excellent, so I consider it a good update. I just want it to end happily and I'll be satisfied. Please let us know how it turned out and if you got the money.

Nothing as of yet for me. I’m still waiting and my withdrawals are still pending. Anytime I reach out I’m told to be patient and that they’ve reached out their financial department or head department. But it just seems like a runaround and tactics to delay payments. I just want my money and to be done with them already. I’m sure they’re sick of me too emailing all the time asking for updates.
I have been made to do multiple different withdrawal requests. Often they get approved and then their is a problem of some time (definitely not on my end on theirs) and they make me do a complete different one using a different method. I have never in my life had such a horrible time trying to withdraw. It's been two weeks and they only just accepted my withdrawal again this morning. I have sent all together about 120 emails going back and forth

Hmm, if it's two weeks and still nothing new just spinning around, you have the opportunity to file a complaint with us on this link, so if you would be interested you can go ahead. 2 weeks is the time we give casinos to sort out the withdrawal process.
